I was able to hear the motor noise, when it had to choke through that position.<\/p>\n<p>The Giraffe investigated the machine and found a crack in the C<b>am Stack Gear (calls in German <b>&lt;&lt;Kurvenblock&gt;&gt;<\/b>). The wid<b>er distance between the two tooth<b> <b>caused <\/b>by the crack, was the <b>cause of<\/b> the problem<b>. <\/b><\/b><\/b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Thankfully, a <b><b>specialised<\/b> sewing <\/b>store was able to order a spear part, so I managed to replace the broken gear.<br \/>\n&#8230;Really, this is simply gorgeous! To do this, you maybe have to remove the screw (16). During the re-assembly, carefully make sure the marked splints in the metal bars\u00a0in the picture below found their correct positions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.launet.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SewRep4.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-71 size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.launet.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SewRep4-300x138.png\" alt=\"SewRep4\" width=\"300\" height=\"138\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.launet.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SewRep4-300x138.png 300w, http:\/\/www.launet.ch\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SewRep4.png 818w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Update:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The red marked 4 screws are holding the whole assembly down. After loosen them you have to sligtly lift the whole assembly. Then remove the\u00a0 screw indicated by the green arrow, to remove the stoper thingy.
